The Company is dedicated to a quality policy which will ensure that its services meet the requirements of its customers at all times.
It is the Company’s intention to become and remain the market leader with respect to quality of its services, providing a defect free service to its clients, on time and within budget.
The Company believes in the concept of customer and supplier working together pursuing this policy and in continually striving for improvements on quality.
Site Engineering Surveys Ltd is ISO 9001:2015 Certified. Our QMS is externally audited by BSI Assurance UK Ltd and has been certified as meeting the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2015 for Quality Management Systems.
We are striving to implement the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System into every aspect of our operations.
ISO 9001 certification is pursued to provide third party independent attestation to the high level of quality and excellence to which our services adhere to. It is a way for Site Engineering Surveys Ltd to attest to our clients our commitment to Quality.
All the Company’s employees must have a positive commitment to quality and respond quickly and effectively to achieve the performance standards required of them and to “get it right first time”.
It is the Company’s objective to carry out all measures reasonably practicable to meet, exceed or develop all necessary or desirable requirements and to continually improve quality performance through the implementation of the following:
- Develop and continually improve the effectiveness of a Quality Management System.
- Enhancing the Client’s satisfaction, determining and fulfilling the client’s needs and expectations.
- Communicate the importance of the client’s needs, relevant statutory and regulatory requirements throughout the Company.
- Adhere to the Quality Policy and its objectives.
- Regularly review quality objectives, and internal audit reports to measure the effectiveness of the Quality Management System.
- Ensure the availability of appropriate resources.
- Ensuring the Company complies with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor the Company’s quality performance and implement improvements when appropriate.
- Review the Quality Policy regularly to ensure its continuing suitability.
